Escape to the peaceful beauty of North Georgia at Unicoi Pines, a charming pet-friendly cabin nestled among the trees just minutes from downtown Helen. Perfect for couples, small families, or a relaxing weekend getaway, this cozy retreat combines rustic mountain charm with modern comforts.
Step inside to warm wood interiors, soaring ceilings, and a welcoming living area featuring comfortable seating, a cast iron stove, and a smart TV for relaxing evenings after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals, including full-size appliances, cookware, dinnerware, a drip coffee maker, and a crockpot.
The cabin comfortably sleeps up to four guests with a main-level bedroom featuring two twin beds and peaceful woodland views. Upstairs, the loft-style primary suite offers a king bed, recliner, and TV, creating a private retreat for rest and relaxation.
Outside, enjoy the fresh mountain air from the spacious screened porch, complete with outdoor seating for morning coffee or evening conversations. After a day of hiking, shopping, or dining in nearby Helen, unwind in the private hot tub surrounded by nature.
Located just a 5-minute drive from downtown Helen, Unicoi Pines puts you close to local restaurants, shops, wineries, outdoor adventures, and all the charm of this beloved Alpine-inspired mountain town.

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all, we encourage and request all guests to review our house rules before completing their booking. These guidelines help maintain comfort, security, and create clear expectations for all involved. By booking, you agree to our house rules, policies, terms and conditions (including details on guest count, pet accommodations, security measures, and checkout procedures). Adherence helps us provide the best possible stay for you and future guests. We appreciate your cooperation in advance and look forward to hosting you!
We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay
DOGS ONLY: Approved low-shedding breeds only. Dogs must be potty trained, under 50 lbs, and no more than 2 per stay.
Not permitted: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Bullmastiffs, high-shedding or large breeds, and cats.
Standard Pet fee: $150/pet
Long term pet fee (stays of 7+ days): $35/day per pet. Confirm pet terms with property manager, as breed and shedding factor into approval.
Pets may not be left unattended, tied up outside, or allowed on furniture/beds. Guests must supply their own pet bed/crate and clean up waste

“We enjoyed our stay outside of Helen, close to everything and yet private. Real cabin in the woods fill. Hot tub was nice and clean. The cabin is cozy and everyone slept well. It had everything listed on the Airb&b site. Simple, but clean and stocked.”
“The cabin was very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was was very relaxing. Very peaceful and serene.It's not marked very well from the highway, so be sure you're going in the correct driveway. The road is dirt and narrow, so thankfully we didn't meet any vehicles.The host communicated efficiently and addressed our needs.”

There were a couple of minor issues but the hosts / management company were very responsive and took ownership and resolved everything immediately to our satisfaction. We would definitely return and stay here again!”
