“This cabin was very clean, cozy, and peaceful. The jacuzzi and fire pit were our favorites! We were even lucky enough to see some deer walking through the property. Helen, GA, is less than a 30-minute drive away and has lots of fun activities—river tubing was one of our favorites. The restaurants, stores, and gift shops were great as well. We definitely recommend this cabin and will be back in the future!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was cozy, beautiful, and we loved the fire pit, indoor fireplace, and hot tub atmosphere. The only issue was the jacuzzi, which wasn’t clean upon arrival and later had a malfunction. The host did have someone come out the next day to take care of it, which we appreciated. While it caused a small inconvenience, we still had a great trip overall and enjoyed our time here. With a bit more attention to ensuring amenities are fully ready before check-in, this place would easily be a 5-star stay.”

“My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at True Romance. Perfect size cabin for 2. Very clean and comfortable. The nights were quite chilly and we were warm and cozy inside. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi 2 out of the 3 nights. We chose not to cook, but the kitchen area is very accommodating. I am sure we will be renting from Blue Creek in the future!”

“Beautiful little, cozy cabin in all ways. Clean! Stocked appropriately. The hot tub is the best we've encountered in a rental. Very remote area, lot of wild life just outside your door. Plenty to do in the area when you are ready to leave the cabin. Helen is just down the road with lots of fun activities and yummy restaurants. Yonah Mountain Vineyards is ten minutes away, and is our favorite winery in northern Georgia. We will return for sure!”

We also went to an ATV tour ride at Starburst Range that was awesome but other than that we spent more time in our cabin and it was great!”

“The privacy of the property was perfect. Most cabins are clustered way too close to feel away from everything, this one was perfect. The commune with nature was at a whole new level, we had visitors everyday eating acorns, scurrying across the rooftop, and hooting their presence. The rest and renew we were looking for was obtained. Perfect getaway!”

“This cabin is a great place for a couple's getaway. Very quiet and semi-secluded. Hot tub was very nice. I couldn't give it 5 stars because it really needed some deep cleaning, especially the outside of the cabin. The kitchen could use some updated amenities as well. Overall, though, we had a great time here and would likely return.”

“The cabin was cute, nicely decorated, and very clean. It’s so peaceful, the location has a great proximity to downtown. Also having both the hot tub and the jacuzzi tub was definitely nice during these cold winter nights. I would 100% stay here again, and recommend for any couples looking to get away.”

“We stayed at the cabin in late November as the temperatures started to drop and just had a wonderful time. Best parts of our 4 night stay were cuddling up in front of the gas fireplace and watching movies or shows or just talking. We also loved the hot tub on the back porch, using it every morning when we got up and every evening as the sun set. The cabin was very clean and fairly easy to get to. I say fairly because we came in a Honda Fit. Car did great getting there so don’t let your vehicle stop you from booking this cabin. The drive up is mostly paved with a few areas of gravel and compact dirt/rock as you get closer to the cabin. Privacy was good. I think in the summer months there is probably a lot more with the leaves on the trees. In fall/winter, the leaves are bare so you can see some other cabins but they are quite far away. I loved the layout of the cabin being one big open area for the bed, living room and kitchen- so cozy and the perfect size and space for 2. Honestly, the mattress wasn’t great, definitely needs an upgrade to something less squishy- you can’t help but just roll into the crater in the center when you’re sleeping, but the sheets were soft and comfortable. Overall location was also great, about 20 minute drive to Helen. Also pretty close, 20-30mins, to some wonderful vineyards and wineries.”

“This was our first stay at True Romance. We thorougly enjoyed the cabin, the amenities and the private location. We have recently moved from Wisconsin where we had a favorite cabin and we didn't think we would find another like it. However this is our new favorite get away!”

“If yall are looking for cabins in the woods, then these guys are the ones to contact. This cabin had everything we needed to fully enjoy our stay, and my wife and I loved every minute of it. Plenty of room I side, and a whole lot of woods with walking trails nearby to enjoy the outdoors!! Full kitchen(stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher) to cook any meal, and all the cutlery and dished to go with it. Not much service on cell phones, but the wifi there is the best I've ever used, so it wasn't a problem. Big tv with sound bar to enjoy any movie. Big back deck to enjoy the woods, and a big hot tub to melt away and worries!! We saw plenty of wildlife running around and enjoyed watching. Best thing is the cabin is far enough in the woods, we never saw another car running around, so it was just me and my wife. We will definitely come back here whenever we need a break.”

“I searched for a month for the perfect cabin for my husband and I to spend our special weekend in. This cabin was beautiful, super clean, had everything we needed. Not only was there a jacuzzi on the back deck but also a HUGE jetted tub in the bathroom. The bed was super comfy, and the gas fireplace was a very romantic touch. We even got to see a group of deer right off our back porch. I love that it was secluded, surrounded by wilderness and not in a populated area. I would definitely return to this same cabin, or even another one on the property. The owners were very helpful with my million questions before our trip.”

“House had everything needed to have a great week for the two of us and our puppy. Cooked almost every night as planned and enjoyed hot tub. Hiking was awesome and saw some beautiful waterfalls. Visited Helen, Cleveland and the Tantrum Brewing Company. Would not hesitate to go back. Happy there are places like this to enjoy!”

The cabin was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed. Sitting in front of the fireplace after a beautiful hike in the woods made for the best evening. “My husband and I absolutely loved this property. Was a very quiet, semi secluded cabin get away for just us two. The second night we saw deer on the way into the cabin. The second morning we heard turkey's gobbling in the distance at dawn. We are very outdoor type people. Loved driving our truck up and down the gravel hills on the road to the cabin. As well as our mountain bikes. We stayed two nights and wished we could stay more. If we did stay say five days, a washer and dryer would be handy. Was sooo close to everything. Very clean and had all the starter things we needed such as toilet paper, paper towels, plenty of towels, dishwasher soap, and bath soap. Loved the hot tub. Was very well kept, chlorinated, and most of all hot. Thank you True Romance for a much needed get away. We will be back.”
