Once Dave's custom log home is now your creekside getaway! Come relax outdoors by the creek and cook up your fresh-caught trout dinner on the large BBQ grill. The cabin features a kitchen built for a chef with double ovens and a gas range with beautiful views of the gardens and creek. Listen to the birds chirping while you sit in the large hot tub on the back porch with your favorite beverage and relax your body. This cabin is perfect for a couples getaway or a family retreat as you have two other cabins within walking distance that can be rented together. (Garden House which is semidetached from Blue Creek Shoals and Creekside Retreat)

A great night's rest awaits you in the comfortable log beds with plush bedding. Enjoy the antique stained glass throughout the cabin that has been rescued from local architecture. You will fall in love with this cabin and it's cozy atmosphere. The fire pit out back is a perfect spot to relax the evening away and enjoy the fresh mountain air or roast marshmallows!

Blue Creek Shoals shares a yard with the semi-detached Garden House cabin. This works out great for families wanting to rent both cabins as you are right next to each other! They could be rented together to create a four-bedroom four-bath experience.

We offer firewood $28 plus tax for three bundles delivered (Monday - Friday Only)
The road to this cabin is gravel and is maintained
The max number of vehicles in the driveway is 2

We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay

Activities:

Fishing package available: Trout fishing in our private Blue Creek Trout pond stocked with Rainbow trout. Fishing Season: Spring March 1-June 15 and Fall October 1 - December 31. Each package includes Access to the trout pond and blue creek area, catch and keep 10 trout max, no catch and release, and bring your own fishing equipment. Add the package at checkout or by calling the office.

Enhanced Cleaning Protocol

We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting, and preparing our cabin for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces, and Electronics. The linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per the manufacturer's guidelines. We are also emptying the hot tubs, sanitizing, and refilling with fresh water and chemicals after each guest's stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our cabin and hosting your stay.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
