“Loved our stay! Super cute and cozy. Only thing I would suggest is to bring extra towels, toilet paper and trash bags.”

“This was a nice get away and a nice location. The home was clean and comfortable. We did have to manually wash dishes before using them as they were not fully clean. Dishwasher soap appears to not be provided, so I believe that people are just running the dishwasher without soap. The hot tub was a PLUS! It would have been nice to know that we shared a connecting deck with another rental home. Although it was blocked off and not fully connecting, we had no idea we would be so close to another. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. Unfortunately, we also lost 2 sets of binoculars from the shared property grounds when we left them for a bit to grab some food. Disappointing as it appeared that landscapers/lawn maintenance was provided in our brief absence.”

“My family had a wonderful visit for the New Year! What a special place with the Sauna, Creek, and Jetted tub. My daughter was pleasantly surprised by the volleyball net and the kids had fun exploring. The cabin was full of character and we just loved the whole experience. Also close to hikes and Helen. “My husband and I stayed at this cabin for a long weekend. We absolutely loved it. It was extremely clean. The housekeeper did a wonderful job. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. In the backyard had a beautiful strain that was quite large actually. They were plenty of chairs to sit in to enjoy the scenery. There was a gazebo to sit in, maybe have drinks and look at the moon and enjoy the sound of the stream by the fire. It also had a grill in the back for cooking out. We will definitely come back and stay and I highly recommend this home to couples, two couples or a small family. You won’t be disappointed.”

“We went to have a weekend away and it was perfect! Close to the neighbors but still private! The road is gravel so just be aware of that, the grill was fantastic and the pool table was solid. Very clean hot tub, definitely look forward to returning to the blue creek property in the future!”

“Everything was as advertised. It was very peaceful…all we’d hear outside in the morning was the creek flowing and a woodpecker. If you come there in the dark, set your trip meter…it’s precisely 9 miles along Duncan Bridge Rd from US 23 to Duncan Bridge Rd. You’re not likely to see the street sign or the tree service business across the road on the dark. Note that Apple Maps directions do go right to the door.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the garden house!! We enjoyed the cabin and the property. It's beautifully located right on a creek. There is a hot tub, a gazebo, and a pool table. There is a full kitchen inside and a grill outside. The beds were comfortable and the entire cabin is spacious and homey. There are places for bonfires outside the cabin and by the creek. We plan to come back soon as possible! Thank you Blue Creek Cabins!”

“We had a great stay here at the Garden House. We went to Helen, Ga and rode through. Played a game of putt putt. Loved seeing the deer in the morning and evenings. Nice and quite little vacation. Thanks”

Hot tub and firepit were our favorite gathering spots for down time during a wedding weekend. Big kitchen with large gas cooktop and a brand new nonstick griddle made pancakes a breeze.”

Only downsides: the bathroom near the guest room is quite tiny, the pool table while awesome is difficult to play due to space and the neighbors share a porch but with a divider overall, it was wonderful and relaxing!! we'd definitely stay again!”

“Cabin is spacious, the master bed was way too soft for me. The wifi is slow and dropped often. Maybe that was just a hint that i didn't need to work. Over all this was a decent stay, a bit out of the way but that was ok. 35ish mins to Helen. The host is great, I woukd recommend. Thank you for a relaxing stay, we needed the break”

“This cabin was so nice, we loved the hot tub and jacuzzi, and the kitchen was so spacious. The owners provide firewood delivery during the week which we thought was very convenient. No complaints! If you plan on cooking during your stay, I would suggest bringing all of the ingredients you need, as well as extra utensils!”

“The cottage and the grounds were absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Loved the spa tub, sauna and the outdoor hot tub!! As Healthcare workers, in the time of thus Covid pandemic, we needed a good, safe, vacay, and this was perfect! We stayed for 3 days, enjoyed the town of Helen, the hike to Anna Ruby falls and the Laurel Ridge Trail. We enjoyed a rainy night in, shooting pool in the loft of our cottage, and watching movies streamed on our Netflix acct. Nice size cabin/cottage for us, and beautiful yard and river.”

“You will LOVE your stay at Garden House! It’s a little off the beaten path, which is fine but just a good thing to note before arriving. I’d recommend checking in before dark. The master bedroom is awesome!!!! Just be aware that there is no door on the ensuite half bath, just a curtain. Another thing to note is that the shower in the master bedroom is IN (above, in the ceiling of) the jacuzzi tub! It’s a very cool feature, very unusual, but just something that we couldn’t tell from the photos. The “rain” feel was awesome! Having a waterfall AND a sauna right in our bedroom was so amazing! The bed was extremely comfortable with some type of very thick mattress topper. We only wish it was a bigger bed! Having a fireplace in the master bedroom also had great cool factor, but it does not emit heat; it’s just glowing logs. There is not central heat, so we loved the wall heater in the little sitting area off of the kitchen; that was nice for quickly heating up! We also really enjoyed the upstairs area with the pool table, and the TV room! The hot tub on the covered deck was AMAZING! This cabin truly had all of the amenities we were looking for: on a creek (which you could hear from outside the cabin), indoor jacuzzi tub, outdoor hot tub, pool table. We wish we had been able to stay longer and we hope to return in the future! THANK YOU for providing such a unique and special place for us to celebrate our 21st anniversary!”

“This cabin was even nicer than we expected based on the listing. All the amenities were great to have for a Covid vacation! Surprisingly, our favorite part was the huge kitchen. It was a very comfortable stay, and we only had to leave once to get food since we ended up extending our stay. Also, it's only 10 minutes from our favorite winery. We'll definitely be back!”

“The place is nice and remote, I was really happy it was not just off some main paved road. Two couples will have more than enough space. Keep in mind you are sharing the backyard with an adjoining cabin but you have your own hot tub and fire pits and stuff. We didn’t know this and tried to walk in on another family in the first cabin, since they both share an address. Everything was clean, all the utensils I could’ve wanted, and they even deliver firewood you purchase. And as a runner I really loved the treadmill cause I could run long without fearing the hills or getting lost. Really nice stay, I was super sad to leave.”

“Overall this was a good stay. The listing for the cabin greatly exaggerates how secluded it is so be aware that you will be right next door to other cabins and that you will get people walking past the cabin near the creek. During the Saturday of our stay they had an employee mowing the lawn, weed wacking, etc. for the full day which was not as peaceful as we would have wished. There was also a photo shoot happening near the creek and in the yard of this cabin on Sunday. The outdoor space is also not maintained as much as the pictures would lead you to believe. Having said that, we really did enjoy our stay and the cabin overall. The area has fantastic activities like kayaking, golf, and wineries. I think Blue Creek Cabins should simply reflect the listing to be more transparent about how secluded the cabin is and the state of the outdoor space.”

“- the cabin’s wifi was horrible, the extender did not work and if you walked away from the tv room wifi was gone. - On Sunday very around 8 am someone had the horrible idea of mowing the yard, the yard right behind our bedroom window which woke us up. “Our 4 night stay was planned for our 54th Birthday celebration! We're identical twins and always try to get away for this special day! The Garden House was perfect for us! We drove into Helen one time, stopped by the Habersham Winery on the drive and quickly returned and didn't leave until we checked out. We were especially blessed to have almost 6 inches of snow the day before our birthday! We built our first snowman and explored our little winter wonderland for hours! Took loads of pictures, enjoyed sitting outside by the fire and made smores! The sound of the creek was so relaxing. We can't wait to go back! COMPANY REVIEW:Alex was awesome! “It confuses me that the original cost of the cabin was $95.00/ night and I found out later that I had Been Billed @$238.00 /night, 716.00 total, I understand that there are cleaning fees and taxes to be paid, but to more than double the agreed price give me a break....flip key has a lot of nerve to do this.”
