“Great spot right on the river and walking distance to pretty much everything. The bed is a bit on the stiffer side. Good spot for a couple looking for a weekend get away in Helen.”

“Although some updates have been made to the cabin, it still has an overall run-down feel and could use additional work. There was a strong, unpleasant sour or musty odor every time we entered, possibly from something that had soured or lingering body odor in the older couch. The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice, but the property still needs further improvements.”

“This was a cute place to stay! Loved being at the top with the balcony view of the river. Clean, spacious, equipped, and cozy. Walking distance to plenty of things. Grill and swings by the river were nice. Over all enjoyed our stay!”

“This condo was everything described! We loved the quiet and peaceful area around the condo. It was walking distance to all the shops and gave us lots of exercise while we were there. The condo was clean and huge for 2 people. Denise at Blue Creek was very quick to respond and very helpful. We loved Helen and will definitely be back to visit.”

We under booked our stay and in the middle of our trip they were able to add another day right away! Perfect waking distance to just about anything you could want on Helen! We definitely recommend!”

“No complaints we weren’t in the room very much since we only had one full day to explore. I will note the toilet is much like riding a bucking horse. Hang on! And I am not sure if surrounding roommates were loud or walls were thin but I got all their tea 😂 Location great, outdoor sitting looking at river is very relaxing. I’d most definitely stay again”

“The place was very clean and it was exactly like it was described. The balcony was private and peaceful, the fireplace warmed us greatly after being out in the cold all day. The jetted tub was a great relaxer after walking and taking in the sights of Helen and the surrounding area. The condo was well laid out and comfortable. Having the washer and dryer was definitely a plus for our stay. Easy directions to the location and getting in was a breeze. Overall a great stay! We would most definitely stay here on our next trip.”

“Had a really great stay. The issue we had was the parking. I feel that overflow parking was being used from restaurant across the road. Every evening we had nowhere to park in front of our condo. Maintenance in restrooms needs attention. Toilets did not flush well and water pressure was very low. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.”

“We have stayed here the past several years when we take our annual vacation to Helen! The place is always in tip top shape and we never have issues! Love the jacuzzi tub as much (gotta love a good bubble bath) place is super close to Cool River Tubing & right across street from Bigg Daddy’s restaurant. Perfect location! Host is amazing and truly helpful! Thanks for wonderful stay once again!”

“Everything was great inside the condo. It was clean and neat with everything just as the photos portrayed. Having a 2nd bathroom is a plus if you're a certain age. If you have trouble with your legs, be aware it is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. My only problem was that it rained the wholel week, which is not their fault, but we didn't get to truly enjoy activities and sights in Helen. We did go to some of the restaurants, and the service and food was excellent.”

“Wow, what a great place to stay! Walked to the town took about 6 minutes. It was clean and there was plenty of parking. Everything g is what we expected. If we could fix one thing, it would have been the light bulbs, very dark in bathrooms. My wife actually did her makeup in the kitchen. Other than that it was great!!”

“We very much enjoyed our stay in 301 condo. It was big and roomy, clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Every thing that you advertised as for the amenities in our condo was there and in good working order. The view from our back porch overlooking the lazy river was great. The town of Helen was fun to walk through and see all the various shops. We found some great restaurants to eat at. We also visited many of the sights to see and do in the surrounding towns. Only regret was, we wished we could have stayed longer.. We most definitely recommend anyone thinking of of vacationing in Helen Ga to look into your website. Condo 301 is a must.”

“It was surprisingly quiet considering we went during a very busy time! Coffee pot was a little dirty, but I nothing to fret over. Wish there was a T.V in the jacuzzi tub.. but plenty of things to do! First vacation in 17 years and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I will definitely come back, hopefully during the summer next time!”

“This was exactly as pictured. it was beautiful, quiet and relaxing. A lot closer to downtown than we expected and just walked everywhere for 2 days. We will definitely be back.”

“This apartment is large with a full kitchen. Back deck is very nice and private. Bring your own blanket for the bed and throw blanket for the sofa. If you like it dark when you sleep bring a sheet to hang over the front window where the tub is located. This place is clean and offers a covered lot with a few spaces if you need to load/unload your car in the rain. There are 28 stairs (rather steep) from the street level and 42 from the covered area. It needs updating but is clean. If you have a small child; a pack and play would fit in the closet with room to spare or it would fit in the jet tub area. Not sure the fireplace works well as we had to deal with fireplace smell our entire stay. Because of the existing smell we did not have our own fire. There is a nice large, moveable fan available. If you like to play board games bring your own. Overall, we enjoyed the convenience of the location and the view of the river.”

“The Roku tv was a challenge as neither of us had experience with Roku. It would have been informative to have had info regarding the Roku setup. By the end of our stay we were more familiar with it. The kitchen did lack a few items, for example small frying pan and can opener. Other than these few things we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the condo experience in Helen. It was very peaceful listening to the river. Very private & comfortable condo. COMPANY REVIEW:We did not speak to guest services after arrival. But they were pleasant regarding booking, payment, etc.”

“Location was very important for my boyfriend and i as we love to be able to walk to the town shops. We also loved that it has a huge bed, jacuzzi tub, and a second bathroom. The plan floor is really big and we appreciate it the space. A few suggestions to make it even better would be to get better pillows, comfier mattress and better quality linens. Place was clean and we had to no problems.”

“This was a great place to stay to take advantage of the tubing and park. It was also just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Perfect for avoiding the traffic going through town. It was also conveniently located near the Dollar Store which was well stocked. Check in and out was a breeze it was nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the river.”

“This condo is directly in Helen just down from Big Daddy's. that is a plus because you can sit on the deck and listen to the music and walk over in enough time to find a seat. The condo was clean, up to date and very nice. I have no problem with recommending this condo to anyone. We intend to rent this one again. COMPANY REVIEW:It was the easiest experience I have had renting a condo. Cannot beat the service nor the condo.”
