“We enjoyed this little cabin in the woods. We had all the comforts of home, yet all the conveniences we needed. We had a small issue with the faucet/water in the kitchen sink, and they sent someone right away to get it remedied. We were surprised by the musty smell in the cabin. We ran the dehumidifier constantly and emptied it several times, but there may have been some issues with the AC units or something.”

“This was an amazing place to stay! The hosts were friendly, responsive, and clearly have everything well organized. If you're wondering whether this place is worth booking, I would absolutely say yes! The location is beautiful, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the amenities are great, and the property feels very private while still being just a short drive from town, which we loved. Although we had a wonderful stay overall, there were a couple of things that weren't quite as we had expected. We were especially excited about the advertised trout pond, but when we arrived, we found out that fishing requires a $50 add-on fee. Additionally, the home could use a deeper cleaning between guests. We found a few used one-time items from previous guest and the shower drain was clogged with hair. Despite those minor issues, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others. We would happily stay here again!”

“Nice cabin for 2 people. It’s in a great location. Short drive to Helen and Dahlonega. We had a great time at Dukes Creek Falls. Beautiful waterfalls and nice hike. The cabin has a creek running behind it and a walking trail as well. We enjoyed the fire pit and using the hot tub after hiking. It was a wonderful trip!”

“Wonderful cabin. Just wish there were curtains in the living area. The picture looked as if the main living quarters were on the top floor, pleasantly surprised they were not. No stairs to climb, YAYYYY. I would definitely stay there again!!”

“We are senior citizens and don't get around as well as we used too. So the cabin having all we needed on the ground level was great. Cabin was well equipped and clean and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The sound of the stream at the cabin is delightful.”

“This cabin was perfect for what we needed! Love that the company had a personal feel to it yet still on a professional level that can be expected beyond simple AirBnB/Vrbo rentals. Only down side was that the couch had not been brushed off, as there was what felt like dirt or something similar all over all of the cushions. The other suggestion would be to include separate towels (or even towel textured robes, especially during the cold months!) to be used for the hot tub, as only bath towels were provided and thus two (of the four) large adult sized towels needed to be used for the hot tub upon getting out. Would definitely return and refer friends!”

“Cabin was the perfect size for my husband and I. The ceiling fan in the bedroom needs some attention as well as some holes on the gravel road to the cabin but overall was excellent..we definitely will be going back!”

“I would not bring children here but having said that if you are looking for a rustic getaway in the middle of nowhere with beautiful woodsy views and a creek that's a 5 minute stroll downhill from the cabin that is a short drive to Helen and perfect for a romantic couple that just wants to get away from it all and have some peace and quiet then this is your place.”

“This was the perfect place for our 50th wedding anniversary. All correspondence was made on line and was very easy. The cabin was very clean when we arrived. We tried to leave it that way. “CABIN WAS IN A GREAT SECLUDED SPOT. CABIN WAS CLEAN. I WOULD RENT THE SAME CABIN AGAIN. I DO THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE A DOOR ON THE BATHROOM AND NOT A CURTAIN. DEFINETELY WOULD NEED 4X4 IF STAYING IN COLDER MONTHS. IF YOU WANT A VERY QUIET PLACE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND IT. ABOUT 15 MINUTE DRIVE INTO HELEN. GREAT LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO GO HIKING AND SEE ALL THE BEAUTIFUL WATERFALLS GEORGIA HAS TO OFFER.”

“This property is gorgeous. We enjoyed the privacy that we had. This was to be our honeymoon we never had four years ago. The cabin that we rented was cozy and had everything that we needed. It was a short drive to both Cleveland and Helen. Being able to see wildlife (deer and bunnies) just outside the cabin window was great. I would recommend this property to everyone and you will be glad you stayed. Oh and the hot tub was a plus also!!”

“Really had a great time! The cabin was perfect for me and my wife; small and efficient. The hot tub was in good working order which has been a problem with other rentals. The location was far enough out for privacy but close enough to Helen and Cleveland when we wanted to get out. We will rent this cabin again in the future.”

“It was a last minute anniversary trip for my wife and me. We loved the hot tub and the privacy. It was also very easy to get to the cabin. It wasn't far from town. We'd definitely will keep this in mind when we return. Everything was great.”

“The setting was amazing, it was a perfect size the couch very comfy, the only slightly negative thing was the shower head leaked and the water pressure was low, but that might just be regional. I would definitely recommend this cabin to friends and would book again if we visit the area again.”

“This particular cabin was nicely secluded. The hot tub is an excellent amenity. We would suggest bringing an extra blanket or two for lounging on the couch. WiFi and Directv worked fantastic. We very much enjoyed our stay”

“You will love this! So cozy. Bring a throw in case you like to snuggle on the couch. Everything else is available! The area is so green and it's tucked away with a nice stream in the back. The hot tub was perfect!”

“This cute cabin was perfect for husband and myself plus our little dog. Very comfortable and cozy. Nice furniture and very clean. Nice big shower and plenty of hot water. We stayed in and cooked or BBQed most nights. Days out walking the nature and trails in the area. It’s a beautiful location and each cabin here is perfectly nestled in the natural woods. Saw deer right around the cabin ! Trout pond was fun and we BBQed our catch for dinner. These cabins are all nice looking, we walked the whole property and we’re amazed at how lovely they all are . Management were personable when I called to check something on my reservation. They allow us to bring our furry baby ! We’ll definitely be returning and bring our family next time.”

“We loved our cute cabin in the woods. The hot tub was excellent, the location was very nice. The little Christmas tree and the Christmas music that started playing as you walked in was such a nice touch. My only complaint would be that the mattress was very uncomfortable and the pool table is very warped. But that didn’t stop us from having a great time. Thank you so much! “Was a great trip for my friend and I. Directions were easy to follow, check-in was easy especially since we didn't arrive until after dark and the cabin was cozy and snug for the two of us. We were also lucky enough to come on a weekend when we got 6-7in of snow! Was so enjoyable to get away for the weekend and enjoy the snow with no obligations for a few days. Everything was in good order when we arrived so we made sure we left it that way when we left. Will definitely want to stay here again!”

“When we got there, one of the doors to the outside was unlocked. I appreciate the fact that you clean the hot tub after every guest; however, we were not able to use the hot tub until night 2 because the water hadn’t heated up yet. Creekside Retreat was a bit hard to find based on the directions and signage. We easily got close, but with it being on the same driveway as the garden, it was difficult figuring out that’s where it was. COMPANY REVIEW:Liked the cabin. Probably a bit too far from Helen for my liking.”

We were also offered fresh vegetables from the garden to go with the trout we caught from the fishing pond. Very friendly and courteous staff.”

“My wife and I came here to celebrate our 17 year anniversary. It was just the 2 of us and we really enjoyed the entire space. The kitchen had enough pots and pans and dishes for us to make our own meals and even some extras like syrup in the cabinet that we forgot to bring for our pancakes! Everything was comfortable and we enjoyed the grill and fire ring outside. My wife really enjoyed the hot tub and much time in the evenings was spent relaxing outside. We'd definitely stay in this cabin again.”

“When we first arrived, we were met by over 10 deer running along side the one road that leads to the cabin. We loved that this area was so secluded. Recommend having 4 wheel drive!! The only road in was not paved. It was a well maintained road, that local residents take care of! We had amazing weather allowing us to enjoy two nights by the fire. The tin roof made the 20 mintues of rain we had, very enjoyable in the hot tub!! The cabin is perfectly located at the end of the road with enough privacy from the neighbor. Everyone was so friendly. We will be coming back next year. Absolutely loved the area, the cabin and everything there. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay.”
