“The communication was great with the mgmt company. We understood that we would be crossing a creek to get to the home, unfortunately the driveway itself is what should be warned about. The creek crossing was the easy part. The driveway has been seriously neglected for a while. Large washouts and ruts that made it almost impassable with the extreme incline. Someone had even placed a piece of plywood in the driveway to try and help. The house itself was as described and cozy. We did have a few things break while we were there, 2 of the 3 toilets, lost water pressure in the kitchen sink, missing tv remote in the master. There were also trash piles scattered around the property itself from what I assume were from bears hauling trash bags into the woods. It just seemed like more maintenance was needed on the home, inside and out and definitely some driveway repairs are much needed. In its current state, an extreme off road vehicle is required to access. Smaller 2wd SUV’s won’t make it.”

“Had a great time, the house is beautiful and spacious. The only hiccup we had was my mom’s car getting up the driveway. I recommend bringing a vehicle with 4WD. I think normally it would have been fine, but with the rain it made the gravel loose and hard to get traction”

“First and foremost I want to say that I have 5 stars because of the host. Sometimes we travel to places and things happen. We are all living in the real world. Nothing is immune to mishaps. When we arrived the home was beautiful. Exactly as described. Remote location and felt like you’re truly in a cabin in the woods. The host was very responsive and kind to us. Unfortunately, two of the showers had black mold in them and I’m highly allergic- which caused me to have a horrendous reaction and needing medical attention. The host immediately responded and helped us get to another place. They also refunded us immediately. So while we did not have a great experience, the way they handled it was top notch and highly respected. I would host with them again based on this. I trust they will take care of the problem promptly. The only other complaint we had was that the home is very very loud. I don’t recommend for young families who need naps. You hear every pin drop.”

“We only were at the cabin for a couple of days, but it was a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was laid out nicely, with plenty of cookware. It was a bit further out from town than we were expecting, but the drive was a pleasant one, so none of us minded. Driving through the creek was fun, although part of a friend's car fell off when she went through. We had a good time overall. I actually wish we could have stayed a little longer so we could have used the hot tub.”

“Two families (total of 8) stayed here for several days. The cabin is beautiful and well stocked. We were pleasantly surprised by the kitchen (spices, dish ware, and lots of pots/pans). “Very nice cabin with lots of room for a larger family. Extremely secluded and peaceful. Cabin is already stocked lots of game and puzzles along with a dartboard, pool table, hot tub & fire pit for guests to enjoy spending screen-less time together. Description about needing a higher sitting vehicle for creek crossing is not exaggerated.”

The are is within 6 Miles of town and we went everyday, Had to cross a small creek to get to the cabin, but is was nothing. Could cross in a car with no problem. “This is a beautiful cabin in a great location. You will need a 4WD SUV to get to it as you need to cross a creek - which to me never got old! It was so much fun and really added to the adventure! The cabin itself was beautiful- and had so much to do - pool table, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, games, etc. The place was clean and immediately felt like home. The WiFi was fast as well - my teens had no issues with streaming multiple items on the Roku TVs while commenting on how fast it was for their games. This place was amazing - I would definitely book again and highly recommended it to others.”

Please make sure you are traveling by truck or SUV because there is a pretty sizeable creek you need to cross to get to the cabin. We were in a Suburban so we were fine but no way you can cross it in a smaller vehicle.”

“Overall, for a last minute reservation in booking the cabin for the 4th of July weekend, it was the perfect cabin. It wasn’t too far from Helen and everything was good when it came to what the pictures showed and the actual cabin. Definitely will consider booking this cabin again. “We wanted to get away with some old friends for a weekend and this was a perfect place to escape to. The rooms were comfortable and well decorated. Having the hot tub to soak in at night was a wonderful experience. The sauna was the perfect size for the four of us to release some tension and cleanse the pores. With the Spring nights still being a bit chilly hanging out by the fire pit, enjoying a beverage and just chilling was the icing on the cake. If you choose this place, please keep in mind that you will have to cross a small creek to get up to the cabin so I would suggest not bringing any low clearance vehicles. If it is some isolation and privacy you want, this is the place. There are not any other cabins nearby. We loved it!”

The only issues we had which really did not bother is too much was dishwasher did not wash dishes very well and windows leaked a bit during heavy rain.. House was in very private location. “It's perfectly sized for a family get-away to the mountains. The hot tub and pool table were hits, as was the fire place/pit. It's only about 15 minutes from Helen and an easy drive at that. We were also close distance to some great hiking trails. We ended up doing Hogpen Gap, part of the Appalachian Trail. It's so quiet where the cabin is located and you can't see any neighbors, which we loved. A very pleasant stay, thank you for the hospitality!”

“The cabin was nice and roomy. The only downfall that I think should be mentioned in the listing is that it’s best to drive a SUV an not a car with the part you have to drive over the water & that steep hill. Other then that it was an awesome weekend.”

(hand soap in all the bathrooms, Netflix an account to watch, comfortable beds, not saggy mattress, a list of things to do and places to visit). We throughly enjoyed our stay and your amazing cabin. The view was beautiful and it was very quiet and private. Very close to everything. We hiked every morning, or at least walked the lake at unicorn state park. Overall stay was wonderful. Thanks”

“The cabin itself is great. The beds are comfy, there's plenty of room, a wonderful kitchen, and very nice amenities. The drive up to the cabin isn't so great. I managed to get up there in a sedan, but I would recommend bringing a SUV or a truck to make the trek easier.”

“4 couples getting away for the week in a cabin in the mountains. We really enjoyed ourselves and were able to relax and play pool, sit by a fire or in the jacuzzi tub. The kitchen was nice, but the cookware could use some upgrading. All beds and rooms were comfy and clean. The directions tell you that you will go over a creek, they do not, however, tell you that you will be driving through the water on the rocks. Just a little misleading. 4 wheel drive preferred. All in all a good stay and would do it again.”

“The space was very cozy, and the owners were friendly. The only issue is that you have to drive through a 2 feet high river, the owners said it usually wasn’t that high and they had just had a storm recently but we stayed for 3 days and the water never went down. We wound up having to move rocks around in the the water to fill up holes in the river to drive across it. This river would be fine for people with a high clearance. My car broke down and the covering for the bottom ripped right off. My car is fine now but it's pretty sketchy driving through deep water like that.”

“Perfect place to go to if you want to just get out of town for a short duration. Amenities are great and the property is pristine. My only complaint would be having to cross a stream while driving. It's fine if you drive a taller vehicle but be warned, don't take a sedan lol.”

“Triple Tree is a very pleasant cabin. It was wonderful being able to relax on the deck in the hot tub. The bathrooms are nice, the cabin clean and on cold nights, it was nice to have a wood-burning fire. The rental agency was very responsive when I contacted them. Be aware that this cabin is a little tricky to find and true to what they said in the directions, my GPS would not have taken me there. I drove my husband's SUV and was grateful when I got there because I don't think my Toyota sedan would have made it through the water, up the road and up the steep driveway that was muddy when we were there. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay.”

“We had a great time at the cabin. It was clean and ready for us when we got there. The on-line pictures are a little outdated but we were very comfortable. The weather was cold and the downstairs was really cold. I would crank the heat as soon as you get there. We cooked on the grill, enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna. Helen is a close drive and so much fun. We had a great time.”

“My group stayed at this cabin for Oktoberfest, and we had a wonderful time. The cabin itself is only a 15ish minute drive to downtown Helen, so we had easy access to amenities while still feeling like we were staying in a remote location. Word of warning: The GPS directions to the cabin were completely wrong, however the directions provided by rental company were thorough and allowed us to find our way. Don't rely on GPS, use their provided directions. The drive up to the cabin was definitely an adventure, however we were able to cross the creek and make it up the incline in our FWD sedan just fine, so it's not completely inaccessible. If you try to bring more than five vehicles though, parking at the cabin will be really tight. We had an issue with the tankless water heater on Saturday, and after leaving a voicemail on the maintenance line, Alex the property manager was out at the cabin within 30 minutes to fix the issue. Considering the relative remoteness of the cabin, I was impressed with the prompt turnaround time. The cabin itself was clean and smelled fresh throughout, all of the beds had fresh linen put on them, and the hot tub was already warmed up and ready to go by the time we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, pots, and pans. The internet connection was stable, and the speeds were about what you'd expect from a mountain cabin relying on what's presumably satellite or DSL internet. If I had to find fault with anything, it would be that the pool table has definitely seen better days and tends to pull balls towards the center. Still, that's just a minor nitpick, and we'd stay here again regardless.”

“Cabin is extremely spacious and private! My six-year-old daughter could not get enough of the hot tub, constantly asking when she could go into the hot tub again! Location is extremely close to all the attractions that Helen has to offer. Had some difficulty finding the cabin the first night but once we realized the location was off of Skylake road, we were able to find the cabin easily! COMPANY REVIEW:Property Manager was highly accessible and responsive to questions and requests.”

“We arrived at our booked cabin and discovered it to be lacking in cleanliness. Guest services immediately returned call and apologized profusely. Accommodations were made to stay in another cabin by Bluecreek which met our expectations. The situation was handled the proper way and I will recommend Bluecreek to others. Thank you!
