Sitting atop a small ridge is a beautifully articulated cabin that gets its name from the seasonal butterflies on this property! With many different flowering bushes, flowers, and trees this property is perfect for guests who want to immerse in nature and enjoy all that nature has to offer. With all the modern amenities that you can think of, from Smart TVs, a Fully Stocked Kitchen, a 6-person Hot Tub, a Game Room,Infinity gaming table,board games, and even a massive 80" TV in the game room for cozying up and watching a movie, Monarch Manor is perfect for couples as well as families.
The Layout
You are greeted right as you walk in with beautiful wood interior and lots of natural light with wooded views all around. The high ceiling, open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room allow for a perfect entertaining experience, and no one feels left out! On the main floor, you also have a screened-in patio where you can enjoy the outdoors every season no matter the weather! You also have a gas BBQ grill with utensils and propane provided for all those with an inner grill master! On the main floor, we have two beautiful, large bedrooms: the master king bedroom with a full tub/shower ensuite bathroom, and a queen guest bedroom with a full walk-in shower bathroom just off the main hallway. Downstairs has another bunk bedroom which sleeps 5 with a Full on the bottom, twin on the top, and a convertible full day bed. On the opposite side of the basement, you have the game/ movie room with a convertible sofa bed and a wonderful Infiniti Arcade game machine will all kinds of classics as well as the 80" big screen smart TV! A full walk-in shower Bathroom between the two rooms with Laundry across the hall, rounds the basement off as a fully self-sufficient area! But wait, there's more!!! Step out of the game room's exterior door and your on the entertainment patio where your hot tub and fire pit area are! Relax the evening away in the hot tub or by the fire pit after a long day on the trail, walking through town, or shopping all the best shops in town!
Location
Monarch Manor is conveniently located only about 15 minutes from downtown Helen and 20 minutes to Cornelia or downtown Clarkesville. There are wineries, a brewery, shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities all close by the property. Lake Burton is about a 25-minute drive during the summer to rent a boat or jet ski for the day.

Seasonally decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas Tree, right after Thanksgiving and taken down right after the New Year's holiday
We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay
Activities
Firewood is Available for Delivery. $39.96 plus tax for three bundles of firewood (Monday – Friday Only) Weekend arrivals are advised local shops carry firewood for you to purchase.

“Parking is a little odd. The road was a little narrow. However it was all worth it once we arrived. The cabin is beautiful. The only advice I can give is I didn’t like how everything was labeled like it was kindergarten…it kinda took away from the vibe. (The white stickers on everything). Hot tub was hot and ready to go. Place was super clean. Great company to rent from. Very responsive and cabin was as advertised.”

“We stayed at 250 Monarch Manor, a beautiful 3 bed, 3 bath cabin with every amenity you could think of ( grill, hot tub, game room, screened porch outdoor deck), that combined a rustic retreat feel with a thoughtfully decorated interior. State parks, shopping, etc are a short drive away. We loved our stay!”

“This place has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It is neat, clean, and cozy. There are many living spaces to enjoy indoors as well as outdoors. The hot tub is a real plus! The games and media availability are perfect. We attended a family reunion at Fort Hollingsworth about 40 minutes away. This house was perfect for our party of nine. Everyone had their own space to sleep and there are plenty of blankets for comfort. The fire pit outside is very nice and we enjoyed our s’mores. The kitchen is very well stocked. We suggest you bring additional toilet paper and paper towels because their standard starter is one roll of toilet paper for each bath and one roll of paper towels for the kitchen. We ran out. There’s a Dollar General about 10 minutes away. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed playing Corn Hole outside. We highly recommend!!”

“Beautiful home! Cozy and clean, we enjoyed the living spaces a lot. Love that it has 3 bathrooms and can accommodate many people! One thing to note, the description says that there is a sleeping space in the basement living room. It’s a convertible couch but no sheets/comforter are provided which caused a small inconvenience for us. The host suggested we move mattresses from a different room which was not ideal and not mentioned in listing. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay, gorgeous setting, comfortable beds, nice hot tub!”
