“Great amenities! Had everything you might want/need from shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom and plenty towels to spices in the kitchen and a nutribullet blender which was great for smoothies. The pool table was a family favorite we spent hours taking turns playing. The river was a nice spot to cool down and the hot tub just as good for a relaxing time. 10/10 experience”

“Perfect location and configuration of rooms for our family to stay for Piedmont graduation. The view from the deck is amazing, love the trail to/from the River, enjoyed the swing on the front porch. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfy. Lovely home! Would book again if life brings us back to Demorest area!”

The cabin truly had everything you could possibly need, thoughtfully stocked and beautifully maintained, which made it so easy to relax and enjoy our time away. What really stood out was how friendly the staff was. The entire experience felt warm, smooth, and genuinely cared for from start to finish. If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable getaway, I can’t recommend this cabin enough. We’re already looking forward to coming back!”

“Our family had a great time. Perfect layout didn't feel over crowded . Big driveway only thing is be careful pulling out there's trees that make it hard to see anything coming from the left side. This cabin was in perfect location for relaxing and not a long drive from helen and other areas.”

“Well-furnished cabin in a quiet location, just 10 minutes from grocery stores. Yonah Mountain and Helen are less than 25 minutes away. We loved sipping coffee in the morning while watching the sun rise over the forest from the kitchen and dining area. In the evenings, we celebrated our hiking accomplishments in the hot tub or around the pool table. We will definitely be back!”

The owners have thought of every amenity you could need— from activities like the pool table to the rafts for river lounging, a grill and ample kitchen tools, and of course the lovely hot tub and cozy furniture for downtime— they’ve got it all. Our family had ample space to be together and also explore the property on our own. Can’t wait to come back to this gorgeous house!”

“We loved our stay at the River Bend Lodge; I hosted friends for my birthday and it was roomy enough for a group, appreciated showers/bathrooms on each floor! We enjoyed the hot tub, watching sunsets on the back deck and pool table was a bonus. There is a nice walk from the cabin down to the river. Would be a great place in the summer or a cozy retreat in the winter. Not a bad drive from Atlanta, and even visited the nearby German town Helen during our trip; will be back!”

“My family went up to the River Bend Lodge for a long weekend. What can I say? It was the perfect getaway! My two children loved exploring the trail down to the river and playing pool in the downstairs game room. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub, and large cinema room. The kitchen is fully stocked, so cooking and enjoying the views from the porch makes for the perfect night in! The cabin is conveniently located near some great attractions too. It is a quick drive to Helen, GA for some Bavarian eats, Tallulah Gorge for a hike, and Yonah Mountain Vineyard and NoFo Brewing for family friendly libations in a fun setting! The cabin has plenty of space for more than one family to enjoy together, and we will definitely be back when it is warmer to explore the trails we didn’t get to see (closed for cold weather) and to enjoy the river. The house has a fishing pole, and we heard tales that there might even be trout to catch!!!”

“My family and I met friends at this spacious cabin and were so impressed with how secluded it felt even though it was such a short drive from Atlanta. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a homemade dinner around the farm table or taking a soak in the hot tub. Beautiful nature is available from the cabin whether you want to gaze at the abundant stars from the upper or lower deck or take a quick walk to the river for a picnic at one of the multiple riverside seating areas. I 100% will be coming back!”

“We had a great week long stay at the cabin. It was easy to find, and we had clear check in and access instructions. The cabin was very clean and nicely updated, and had every thoughtful amenity, including everything we needed for the kitchen and bathrooms. We appreciated the plastic kids dishes. The view from the back deck is really nice and you can see the river. We did hike down to the edge of the water the first day, and it was truly a hike - very steep walk, with tons of fallen leaves that made it a bit precarious. Not a ton of wildlife, but we did see some birds, squirrels, and a couple of deer. One thing we noticed is that you can hear quite a bit of traffic noise from the highway nearby. There is not a ton to do super close by, and we had a hard time trying to get an Uber one night. However, we did lots of day excursions within a 30-60 min drive, like Tallulah Gorge, Toccoa Falls, local winery, and the towns of Helen and Clayton. Overall we would recommend for a relaxing trip!”

“We stayed at River Bend Lodge in September and it was absolutely gorgeous! The cabin itself is beautifully appointed and it has everything you need. 2 amazing decks to relax on and a really cool little hangout den on the lower level with pool, darts and a big TV flanked by curtains giving it a movie theater vibe. so many little cute places to relax. The river access was a huge plus and it has a beautiful natural rock formation right by the rivers edge to sit and put your feet in the water or to swim from. Truly secluded and it feels like your own private river! The cabin was also extremely clean and the beds were very very comfortable which is a huge plus because sometimes the beds at AirBnbs are not great, but these beds are fantastic. Lots of fun things to do locally too, like visiting the wineries and doing hikes and checking out the German town called Helen. Will definitely come back!”

“We had a great time at the River Bend Lodge. The cabin was very modern, but still felt like we were in the mountains. I would describe it as Rustic Chic! The style reminded me of the cabin from the hit show Virgin River! The house was very spacious. The main floor is very accessible for someone with mobility issues. The teens loved the bottom floor! We loved the privacy of the master suite upstairs! The hot tub is very spacious, and a great way to watch the sunset ! My sons loved the river front fishing. ( It is a small hike, down hill so not handicap accessible). They caught many large catfish. The cabin surroundings are very quiet, and you have no problem hearing the sounds of nature from the pretty view. The house is equipped with everything you need, and I love that linen and towels are included in the price!”
